Before serving as a Deputy Public Defender, Knarik worked as a paralegal in the U.S. Department of Justice’s Violent and Organized Crime Section. After earning her law degree and becoming licensed in California, she served as a Deputy Public Defender, representing clients facing criminal charges at every stage. She has also represented injured clients in personal injury matters including automobile collisions, slip and fall, and other serious injuries.
As a former Deputy Public Defender, Knarik built her career on preparation, challenging the government's evidence, and courtroom advocacy. She believes every client deserves honest, compassionate, and effective legal representation when it matters most. She founded Boyadzhyan Legal Shield on that principle.
